We are excited to get our new website and platform up and running.  We plan to use our new site, madeiramarlins.swimtopia.com for all further communication regarding the 2021 Madeira Marlins swim and dive season so please bookmark this site.  You will be able to sign your kids up for meets, sign up to volunteer, view all your children's races and best times, and so much more. 

In order to activate your new account, please go to madeiramarlins.swimtopia.com and click on register now on the top right side.  You will be asked to enter your name and email and your children's names and ages. After registering, you will be able to set your password and have access to all the features of the swimtopia site. 

We highly recommend you download the Swimtopia app and allow notifications.  We will send alerts through this regarding practice changes, meet changes, and any last minute information.

Once your account is active, you can declare whether your children will be attending each of the five dual meets this season (8U mini meets don't require a commitment). If you do not declare that your child is attending, they will not be put into events so please make sure to do this! To commit, click on calendar, then meets and events. There is a green button next to each meet.  I highly recommend doing this now for all five meets now if you already know which ones your kids can/cannot attend. Reminder that mini marlins do not compete in the dual meets. 

All families are also required to volunteer during the meets.  We ask that each family (if you only have a mini marlin, you are exempt) sign up to work one home meet and one away meet.  To sign up for these click on the green job signup button next to each meet.  If you do not fufill your two job requirement, your child may not swim in the end of season championship meets.
