I know we have a lot of first-time swim parents or even multi-time swim parents that didn't swim as kids and aren't really sure what swimming is all about. One of our PPSL swimming officials put together a brief two-page document outlining all the rules and specifics of each stroke, start, turn, and finish. This is a great guide for officiating or even if you just want to figure out if your six-year-old is actually swimming butterfly.
