SCHEDULE:

All swimming events are prelims Tuesday, finals Wednesday with the exception of the 8&u 100 Medley relay.

Any swimmer scheduled in swim at A finals may not compete at B swimming finals. A finals swimmers may compete at either A or B diving finals.

Heat Sheets: Heat Sheets will be sold for $1 at the welcome table.

Awards: Individual ribbons – 1st to 16th; Relays 1st to 8th

All 8 & Under swimmers will compete together. However, 6 & Unders will be awarded separately in 25m freestyle and 25m backstroke. We will also run one additional event, the 6 & Under free relay. Relays with any 7- and 8-year-olds must compete in the 7-8 event.

All 8 & Unders who do not place will be awarded Best Effort ribbons, provided by Kenwood.

Volunteers from all teams should check in by 5:00PM at the Volunteers Table under the main shelter.

Parking: Limited parking is available at the swim club. The club is located in a residential area with street parking in the surrounding area. There should be sufficient parking, but please allow time to walk from a street parking spot. Please carpool when possible to reduce congestion.

Food: Grill food, snacks, candy, beverages, and bake sale items available during the warmups and meet. Cash only.

Seating: We have limited seating. Please plan on bringing your own folding chair if you require a seat.

Inclement Weather: In the event of Thunder/Lightning Delay—We will leave the pool deck and seek shelter for the required 30-minute delay. If the delay causes the start time to extend past 9:30PM, all remaining events will be canceled.
